Department Chairs should use the APPROVAL link in the blue bar above for the purpose of approving forms that have been submitted by faculty.
If you have not created a form yet, please use the links below. Remember that, if you want to apply for the Dean's Supplemental Travel Fund, you must have either a plan to spend or have already completed your FSU Application and exhausted those funds if you are a tenure-track or tenured faculty member ($1,000 per faculty member). Dean's Travel funds will not be disbursed until the FSU funds have been exhausted.
NOTE: These applications are not straight-forward to complete. They require some attention to detail and follow through with both electronic and paper-based forms. The process has not become easier with the addition of the electronic submission; the number of required elements remains the same. As this is our first attempt at a electronic form submission cycle, we ask that you please be patient with the form, with yourselves while filling it out, and with us. That said, any comments, suggestions for improvements, or pleas for help will be gratefully accepted and promptly addressed by Louise.Putnam@umb.edu and the rest of the CLA Dean's Office team.
